Remmele Engineering offers assembly and integration services to its aerospace and defense customers so they can rely on one trusted supplier rather than manage dozens. Remmele utilizes its applied manufacturing knowledge to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and integrated business systems to bring together all the parts necessary to produce assemblies of all sizes, including up to 40,000 components. With early engineering analysis and consultation, Remmele can also partner with companies to streamline the business process behind a project and help cater the design for minimal assembly and integration labor on the shop floor.
In addition, Remmele Engineering provides kitting services for OEMs and Tier I manufacturers, simplifying the assembly process within their own facility. Kits are custom designed to shorten the amount of time and labor needed to put together a complex assembly.
