ConnexSys®
ConnexSys, a Remmele Technology, can reduce assembly time and cost by providing an alternative to traditional joining technologies that require clamping, fixturing, bolts, or rivets by relying on a self-locking pre-engineered snap fit. Remmele Engineering’s patent-pending approach enhances the connection force when used in combination with Friction Stir Welding (FSW), brazing, and other connection techniques and can create a hermetically sealed joint or seam.
CoolStream®
Remmele’s CoolStream technology is an innovative method of cooling advanced electronic systems through customized, machined heat flow paths that no longer need labor-intensive brazing. CoolStream design helps produce more repeatable thermal management products for longer product life cycles.
Invalite™
Invalite is Remmele’s answer for the composite manufacturing industry’s need for lightweight tools that offer the superior performance of Invar. Invalite combines a composite back structure with thin, machined Invar face plates with an interchangeable locking system to create a tooling system that offers the best of both worlds.
