Remmele became a leader in its field in part from its commitment early on to a skilled workforce and an eye towards its place in the community. For many years, Remmele was ahead of the curve in operating its own training center for vocational education to give many the skills needed to be proficient workers. Through these commitments, Remmele has built itself from a three man operation in the 1940s into multiple locations, contracts with the most dynamic industrial firms worldwide, and a values-based employer.
